It's that time of year.
Time to file the FAFSA.
What's the FAFSA?
It's the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
What does that mean exactly?
It's the application you file to see if you and your family are eligible for money from the government - loans, grants, etc.
I know you're probably thinking, "Another application to fill out?!"
Trust me...you want to take the time to fill out this application.
If money is a determining factor for you and your family as far as where you go to college, the FAFSA can really help lower the cost for your dream school.
You are not locked into anything if you choose to file the FAFSA.
I highly recommend at least checking out the website with your parents/guardians to learn more about it before you pass up the opportunity.
File the FAFSA for Valpo by March 1st!

And don’t forget the good news…. The FAFSA is now more streamlined. Using a technology called “skip logic”, the Department of Education has decreased the number of questions that you will have to answer.
